Phoenix Cyclops is the first confirmed Year 1 downloadable fighter for MARVEL Tōkon Fighting Souls, revealed at San Diego Comic-Con 2026 on the PlayStation Blog by producer Takeshi Yamanaka. He is scheduled for a fall 2026 drop and is included in the Year 1 Characters and Stage Pass that ships with Digital Deluxe and Ultimate editions.
Who this Cyclops is
This is not a generic X-Men costume swap. Official notes say the design draws from the Phoenix Five incarnation in Avengers vs. X-Men: Optic Blasts and hand-to-hand tools remain core, with Phoenix Force energy layered into the fantasy. English voice acting is by Ray Chase.
